Staff could use some training on reservation handling!!! Cleanliness of common areas needs serious attention, and the appearance of the facility could be more inviting!!!

Our location was great in the middle of jackson.

amicable staff and good-sized rooms, we had a fine experience. we greatly enjoyed rooms with a king bed.

There was nothing I didnt like.

The room was quite clean, and I appreciated the attentive staff who welcomed me warmly. The free breakfast included fresh fruit, waffles, and coffee, made my mornings enjoyable.

Some areas need better upkeep.

Breakfast was horrible. Cleanliness of the breakfast area was very poor. Air conditioner in the room was very noisy, as was the bathroom fan. Long black hair in the tub.

Either recently built or refurbished, this place was clean and fresh. staff was helpful and courtious.

No pool, not that I expected one in this price range.

The room was clean, and surprisingly, the bathroom facilities were well-kept. The bed sheets and pillows were presentable, nice for a comfortable night.

Fairly nice experience there. Great hotel located in a comfortable area close to the grocery store, stores and places, and eating places and gas stations. Large room with a king bed, and marvellous location. The very very nice staff and their attitude...

The staff provided excellent service, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Rooms feature large, comfortable beds, perfect for family rest. The nearby dining options were fantastic. Remember to explore local eateries for delicious treats!

Breakfast options were minimal, mostly toast and cereal, something to consider for those looking for more substantial fare. Despite these drawbacks, the beds were quite comfortable was great.

Single pleasant experience

The front desk was friendly, genuinely seemed like they cared about our comfort. The room was clean, and after a long day on the road, sinking into that bed was such a relief!

It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.

It was just a perfect match for a brief stopover in Alma and great for the money. The bathroom, though small, was well-kept and made it easy to freshen up after a long drive. Look out for the comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep.
